RETURN

PLEASE, NOTE THAT THE RETURN IS NOT FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE RETURN CHARGES.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To make a return, please fill the return&exchange form here. You will receive an automated e-mail which contains the P.O. box address you need to ship your return package. You can drop off your return package at your local USPS location. Please note that we are not responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns. To complete your return, please send an email  to info@iamnotbasic.com and share your returns package's tracking number with us. All returns must be shipped to our P.O. box by USPS code.

When you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment to prevent any losses.

ALL INTIMATES, BOTTOMS WITHOUT HYGIENE STICKERS, AND ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. GIFT CARDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. ITEMS IN "UP TO 70% OFF" DISCOUNT SECTION ARE FINAL SALE. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. 

 

REFUND

Once we inspect your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please give us 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

If it is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, it may take 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. If original payment model is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns and exchanges may only be made once.

We do not offer any price adjustments for discounted products. Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGE

1. Please enter your order number and email to locate your order.

2. Select the items you want to exchange by clicking on the product (Ineligible items are greyed out).

3. Please select your new color and/or size and click 'Exchange Item'.

4.Choose the reason why you are returning the product(s).

5. Please drop off your package at your nearest USPS location.

Please note that we will not be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns.

Once we receive your item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

  

WRONG/DAMAGED ITEM

If you received a damaged or an incorrect item, please send us an email via info@iamnotbasic.com, which includes photos of the item along with the tags attached, within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll do our best to help you.
