I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us via email@example.com and share the correct address with us. If the package is shipped already and is in transit, unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes. You can visit here to track your order status.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Route shipping insurance, which will be automatically added to your cart, ensures protection of shipments in the case that they're lost, stolen, or damaged. We suggest you to keep it in your cart, not to drop it. We don't offer any refund or replacement for the orders placed without Route insurance and got lost or damaged in transport. I RECEIVED THE WRONG / DAMAGED ITEM
If you received a damaged or an incorrect item, please send us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org, which includes photos of the item along with the tags attached, within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll do our best to help you.
MY ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED
This is an authorization attempt and is common with Shopify if billing information is entered wrongly. Authorization is needed to check if a card owner has the sufficient funds to be approved by the merchant. If there is a problem with validation, the authorization is cancelled, but you may still see a pending charge on the account. The charge will be automatically dropped within 48 hours by your bank.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEM(S)?
Items purchased during sale periods are considered final sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, fabric, or any other issues. Items which are purchased with first time 20% discount code and any other codes which creates a discount on cart are not considered final sale, these can be returned.
