Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Our current shipping timeframe is 2–5 business days from the fulfillment date. Orders are typically fulfilled the next business day after purchase. However, if an order is placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, the fulfillment process will begin on the following business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that we are unable to influence any unforeseen delays caused by the courier, such as customs processing.

Please ensure that the delivery address information is complete and includes all the required details, such as the street number, apartment number, and any additional information the carrier may need (e.g., a doorbell name if it differs from the recipient's name). If the delivery address is incomplete, there is a risk that the order may not be delivered or could be lost.

After processing your order, you will shortly receive an automated e-mail containing the shipping and tracking information. If you already have an account on our site, you can find your tracking information in your order history by logging in.

We're not able to ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays, so if you order on U.S. Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following business days, which would be earlier on Monday.

Due to COVID-19 order processing and shipment times may be impacted. We are not responsible for any delays or disruptions.

 

HOW TO EDIT/CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you want to edit or cancel your order, please email info@iamnotbasic.com with your order number and request. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse team, we will be unable to make any changes. But if not, we'll do our best to help you.

UPS Shipping (Please note UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box)

Express orders given before 1pm will be shipped out the same business day, after 1pm — will be shipped out the following business day.
